Our approach is not about what you could get from a Ted Talk. You are surrounded by peers who will challenge you, hold you accountable, tell you the truth, share their experience, and have your back; resulting in the kind of shifts in thinking that cause leaders to evolve.

Group members bring their real topics. The decisions that keep them up at night. The opportunities they cannot quite see clearly. The leadership challenges they have been carrying alone. We have the conversations they don’t have anywhere else.

We look past the symptoms like an overwhelmed CEO or stagnant growth to the actual cause: a habit, mindset, or a belief that what got you to $5M will get you to $25M, when that belief is actually holding your company back.

I have been coaching leaders and leading CEO groups for a long time, and my experience is that our peer group model combined with one-on-one coaching is far more effective than either one alone. It comes down to biology; human beings are adaptable; we become like the people we spend the most time with. The results speak for themselves, we have members in the group since it started 13 years ago, and others for 9, 8, and 5 years.
