Allan has coached CEOs and executives for 20 years and led Vistage CEO peer advisory groups for over 13 years. His approach is deeply personal and customized, designed specifically to create the space for the elevated thinking where real leadership lives.

As a former executive and entrepreneur, Allan brings more than 35 years experience running and growing businesses. He has held positions at entertainment companies including ICM, BMI, and executive positions at the world’s biggest record companies, EMI, and BMG. He later led pioneering digital companies at the forefront of streaming music & video.

His experience includes leading departments, growing small businesses, to managing severe cash-flow crunches and building leadership teams. He understands the pressure, isolation, consequential decisions, and leadership inflection points that CEOs and business owners bring to his Vistage CEO peer group every month.
