I have decades experience as an executive, entrepreneur, and coach. I have earned credentials from multiple coaching institutions, am certified from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), am a certified Integral Facilitator, and have spent decades training and mentoring other coaches. Sharing these are not meant to boast, but without a doubt my greatest coaching qualification is my outstanding experience as a client, it has been transformative. So my approach is not theoretical nor academic. I continue to invest in and pay for my own coaches because this is much more than just a job for me. The Inside Out Method is an executive coaching approach that gets behind the symptoms to address what is creating it in the first place, so you are not solving the same problem repeatedly. You generate sustainable growth by evolving yourself; strengthening the inside focusing on the habits, beliefs, behaviors, and mindset that create a new level of results.
We look at where and how you are expending your time and energy. We clarify exactly what you want to create for your business and yourself. You have to know what you want to get what you want and too often leaders only have a loose idea of where they want to lead to. We elicit the story you are looking to create. We will shift your daily posture from anxiety and control to vision and engagement so you will stop focusing on symptoms and start creating a whole new level of results.
Orchestras spend more time practicing than they do performing in front of audiences. Athletes practice, go to the gym, and visualize to become champions. In business, the strategy is most often determination, hustle, and hard work, but that is not how we see it. We identify and break down the skills that will help you and your team take your business to the next level and we come up with the plan to practice those skills, so you are all playing like champions. In business, while some things can be practiced off the field, we find that most are actually practiced in the daily execution of your work.
